We will gladly issue you an exchange or refund if you have changed your mind about the particular purchase(s) within 14 calendar days from which the order was delivered for a refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition unused, unworn, unwashed, unscented with the garment tags attached. Please review our size guide carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. However, if “non-faulty” accounts are cancelled within two weeks of the first payment a full refund, will be given. For all online orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our studio, if you are receiving an exchange and live in the continental US or Canada, we will ship your first exchanged item from the studio at no additional charge (this is not applicable to international orders).
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your purchase has been delivered without NEEDS&WANTS Studios tags.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
